DESCRIPTION A majestic ceiling lantern with beautiful 16th century inspired scrollwork, our Charlecote Lantern makes perfect statement lighting for any home with high ceilings. Calling to mind the Tudor turrets of Charlecote Park in Warwickshire, after which the lantern is named, we wanted to design a lantern that would showcase the work of our talented blacksmiths. This generously proportioned glass lantern is made from high quality forged iron finished in matt black and features a hexagonal metal cage that houses three lamp holders shielded by six panes of glass – one of which opens to enable easy bulb changing. All Jim Lawrence lights are made using traditional metal working techniques and are hand finished here at our Suffolk workshops.
