What if I need more items than you have in stock?

If you need more products than we currently have in stock, we can still fulfill your requirements. Place an order for the total number of products you require as normal, and we will reserve any available stock for you and make the remainder immediately so you receive everything between by the date indicated in the stock message and the promised for date in your order confirmation.

Can I order out of stock items?

Yes. If a product is out of stock or is made to order, such as our curtain poles, dormer rods, and portieres, we can still fulfill your requirements. Because everything is made at our Suffolk workshop, we can easily make more products to send out. Place your order for the total number of products you require, and we will make them for you. Generally, your order will be dispatched between 2-4 weeks depending on where the items are in our production cycle. Please refer to your order confirmation for the precise date.

What if I need my items urgently?

Generally, we like to dispatch orders when they are complete and everything is ready to ship in one go, but if you would like any available products straight away, we can split your order for a nominal cost of £7.50 so that you receive all in-stock items immediately with the rest to follow once they have been made.
