DESCRIPTION Our Oval link chain is a beautifully crafted chain that allows you to hang a pendant light at a specified length. The chain is finished by hand here in Suffolk in a Beeswax finish. The colour can be used for both modern and classic pendants, giving an extra dynamic to your chosen area.The length is cut to 3 metres, ideal for larger spaces where the ceiling is higher up than many others. Perfect for kitchen islands, seating areas or hanging dining tables. The metal is heated until it darkens and then dipped in natural beeswax which gives is a lovely soft black wrought iron effect which looks fabulous in any traditional or contemporary interior. As beeswax is a natural finish that reacts with the underlying metal during the forging process, it often has a subtle, slightly mottled patina with undertones of deep grey or ochre.
