I ordered three Thornton Glass Pendant’s from Jim Lawrence to go above my breakfast bar in my newly renovated kitchen. When they arrived (very promptly) one of the lights had been broken in transit. I contacted Jim Lawrence straight away. They arranged for a new light to be sent to me as soon as possible (without charge) and the damaged light collected from me the same day. The lights are stunning – exactly what I wanted after searching high and low online! The customer service I experienced was exceptional. A pleasure to order from and to liaise with.
