Suitability: Not suitable for composite doors.
The Westley Door Knocker may not be suitable for a composite door (depending on what material it is made from) as it is fitted with screws and may be too heavy for the outer layer. In this case we recommend our Lion's Head, Melton and Doctor's door knockers as these are fitted with a bolt and nut that goes right through the door.
Finish: Matt Black - A clean uniform finish that looks fantastic in any contemporary or traditional interior and works well with natural building materials like brick, stone, wood and plaster. To achieve it, the paint is applied with a powder coating process which creates a smooth, hard-wearing surface that is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
