This eye-catching piece was inspired by Jim & Sheena’s holidays to the West Coast of Scotland, where fresh scallops were always on the menu and finding shells on the beach when the children were young, was a favourite past time. Crafted from solid, natural brass and antiqued for a subtle, aged look, it is a beautiful piece with a wonderfully tactile quality. All Jim Lawrence lights are made using traditional metal working techniques and are finished to the very highest standards here at our Suffolk workshop. This is a flush fitting wall light, so you may need to use a pattress to give the backplate added depth for your wiring connectors - see our Backplates Explained Kindly note: This light is not IP rated and therefore has not been tested for use in bathrooms. Always consult an electrician before purchasing any lighting to check the compatibility.
