DESCRIPTION Create a classic fireplace with our beautifully forged swan necked Berwick fire dogs which will make an elegant addition to any fireplace and looks particularly good in inglenooks. All our fireside products are hand forged using traditional blacksmithing techniques that have remained unchanged for generations. Our Berwick Fire Dogs are crafted from solid, high quality forged iron which is hand finished to the highest standards here at our Suffolk workshop. They are finished in our smart, hard-wearing Matt Black paint which is produced in a powder coating process to create an incredibly smooth, durable surface suitable for use indoors and out. The dogs may be purchased on their own or with a grate. The painted finish on this fire grate is purely cosmetic and will burn off over time time and use but this will not effect its overall look or performance.
