We made this handsome door pull as a bespoke request for a nearby hotel and restaurant, and were so pleased with the result that we decided to make it available to you. Similar in look to our standard
Stowe Door Pull but longer and with two round fixing plates, it is a generously proportioned, sturdy solid brass handle with old fashioned detailing that gives your door a lovely formal look, perfect for doorways with lots of traffic.
In our making, we love to champion honest, natural materials, so the Large Stowe Door Pull has been handcrafted from solid, natural brass and finished in our signature antiqued brass for a subtle, aged appeal. It features a reeded design and button ends that are reminiscent of the door pulls found in stately homes or period properties. Fit it to one side of a door and use it in conjunction wit our lovely
brass finger plates for easy access, or attach it to a wall for a handy handhold/handrail.
All
Jim Lawrence products are made using traditional metal working techniques and are finished to the highest standard at our Suffolk workshop. The Stowe has a heavy, tactile quality that makes it feel as good in your hand as it looks on your door. The classic design suits both period and modern properties and its generous size looks particularly good on large or double doors. We make a range of door and window furniture in the same finish for a complementary look around your home.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Dimensions: 30H x 3W x 6D (cms)
Supplied with: 4 x brass fixing screws
Finish: Antiqued Brass: A beautiful, natural finish produced by distressing the brass to create a soft patina that is then treated with antiquing solution to speed up the natural tarnishing process and create a lovely aged look that will darken naturally over time. Antiqued Brass is an incredibly versatile finish that works well with any colourway and natural building materials and looks equally at home in a modern property as it does a period one.
