DESCRIPTION Our stunning Bromley Door Handle range takes its inspiration from a heritage of great British design, incorporating traditional reeded detailing with the best modern materials and handcrafted skills to produce a great quality handle that will look fabulous for years to come.The Bromley is a classic handle available in a variety of back plate styles and our forged iron and antiqued brass finishes to ensure it suits any style of door. The Ilkley back plate has straight, bevelled edges with corner notch detailing; perfect for a contemporary feel to your door. All Jim Lawrence products are made using traditional metal working techniques and are hand finished to the very highest standards at our Suffolk workshop. This Bromley is made from forged iron and painted matt black for a smart, uniform look and has a wonderful weighty quality that befits its handmade nature. The handles are supplied as a pair with back plates and fixing screws in the same finish. They are sprung on both sides and with a 75mm spindle that can be cut down to the depth of your door. We can supply a 90mm spindle upon request. PRODUCT INFORMATION Backplate Dimensions: 10H x 5cmW (cms)Plate: A short plate is used for any door where a lock is not required or where the lock is separate from the backplate.FINISH: MATT BLACK - A clean uniform finish that looks fantastic in any contemporary or traditional interior and works well with natural building materials like brick, stone, wood and plaster. To achieve it, the paint is applied with a powder coating process which creates a smooth, hard-wearing surface. It is not waterproof, so will need to be re-waxed occasionally.
