A relatively small exterior wall light, it has a short swan neck arm to complement its heritage appeal, and a GU10 lamp holder which, if used with our
GU10 Halo bulb, (supplied) makes it suitable for a Dark Sky setting, meaning that it has been approved for use in environments where it is desired or necessary to control light pollution by removing any upward light spill.
The Boathouse recently won a Gold Award at the House Beautiful Awards for its design. It is made by our skilled team in Suffolk from solid brass that is gently antiqued for a subtle, aged appeal that will darken naturally over time into an authentic dull patina that blends wonderfully with garden tones and outdoor building materials. As a downlighter, the Boathouse provides ample illumination over doorways, steps, and front porches without spilling light out into the wider area.
