In its design, we were influenced by Rococo art, a highly decorative, eighteenth century design movement associated with the French aristocracy that is characterised by pastel colours, flowing lines and display of opulence. It comes from the French word for seashell "rocaille" which is a prominant motif.The Right Handed Double Rococo Wall Light is so called because it's right shade arm sits higher than the left one. All Jim Lawrence products are made using traditional metal working techniques and are hand finished to the very highest standards here at our Suffolk workshop.
