The Stoke Tye Door Pull is made from high quality steel that has been beeswaxed for a soft, black, rustic quality that will enhance the look of your doors. Dimensions: 4W x 24H x 7D (cm) Kindly note, we do not recommend the beeswax finish for bathrooms or outdoor use, as it may rust in a humid environment. The metal is heated until it darkens and then dipped in natural beeswax which gives is a lovely soft black wrought iron effect which looks fabulous in any traditional or contemporary interior. As beeswax is a natural finish that reacts with the underlying metal during the forging process, it often has a subtle, slightly mottled patina with undertones of deep grey or ochre. It is not waterproof, so will need to be rewaxed occasionally.
