DESCRIPTION Create a classic fireplace with our splendidly imposing Peyton Fire Dogs which will make an elegant addition to any fireplace but looks particularly good in larger fireplaces and inglenooks. All our fireside products are hand forged using traditional blacksmithing techniques that have remained unchanged for generations. Our Peyton Fire Dogs feature cannonball finials and are crafted from solid, high quality forged iron which is hand finished to the highest standards here at our Suffolk workshop. They are finished in our smart, hard-wearing Matt Black paint which is produced in a powder coating process to create an incredibly smooth, durable surface suitable for use indoors and out. PRODUCT INFORMATION Dimensions: The dogs come as a pair and may be purchased on their own or with a grate. The dogs are: 65cm h x 38cm wide x 42cm deep. FINISH Matt Black: These dogs are made from cast iron that is painted Matt Black, a clean uniform finish that looks fantastic in any contemporary or traditional interior and works well with natural building materials like brick, stone, wood and plaster. It also looks equally at home in a modern property as it does a period one. The painted finish on this fire grate is purely cosmetic and will burn off over time time.
