The Fisher features delicate ribbed glass that is hand pressed by our skilled glassmakers. The beauty of glass is that it has a transparent, airy quality that makes the most of any available light without encroaching on the sense of space, so it generates a feeling of fluidity and openness, ideal for a smaller room. Pressed glass produces a series of tiny ridges and grooves in the shade that refracts light beautifully to create an even spread of light that reduces the glare while maintaining the brightness.
