How long will my order take?
- In Stock: Dispatched within 2-3 working days.
- Made to Order: Dispatched within 1-3 weeks (depending on production cycle).
We will email you if delays are expected. Check your order confirmation for your specific dispatch date.

UK Mainland: £7.50 flat rate (via DPD).
Other Locations:
- Highlands & Islands: £18
- Northern Ireland: £25
- Republic of Ireland & International: Calculated at checkout or contact us.
Returns & Refunds
You can return unused items in original packaging.
- 0-3 Months: Full refund.
- 3-12 Months: Credit voucher.
- Over 12 Months: 50% value as credit voucher.
No returns on: Bespoke/made-to-measure goods or cut fabric unless faulty.
How to Return
- Fill in the Returns Form included with your order.
- Pack items securely in original packaging.
- Send it back: Use your own courier, or we can arrange collection for £12 (deducted from refund).

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If an item is broken, faulty, or incorrect, we will organize a free collection and replacement immediately. Sending us a photo of the damage helps speed this up!
