All our silk shades have a fabulous natural sheen and distinctive weave that makes them stand out from the rest, however, as a natural fabric they do need looking after as they can fade and deteriorate over time. We strongly recommend that you order a swatch before ordering any of our fabrics to help you decide if it is right for you. Fading and deterioration may occur over time, especially in sunlight and is more noticeable in darker colours. We don’t recommend it for lampshades that will sit in, or near, a bright window.
