We have been buying candles from Charles Farris for over 20 years, so we decided it is high time to offer you more choices with an extended range. This London-based company has been making candles since Victorian times when Charles Farris, a soap maker, noticed there was a demand for high-quality candles for churches. Such was his success, that he established a small factory and began supplying candles throughout London, including Westminster Abbey and St Paul’s Cathedral and eventually, Queen Elizabeth II.
The company continues to draw from its rich heritage whilst spearheading the fragrance industry, creating new and exciting aromas for us to enjoy. The Redolent Fig Signature Scented Candle is composed of green fig leaves, cassis, rose, amber and dried fruits inspired by London high society in the 1840s. Every candle is hand-poured for a slow, even burn.
