DESCRIPTION Our stunning Bromley Door Handle range takes its inspiration from a heritage of great British design, incorporating traditional reeded detailing with the best modern materials and handcrafted skills to produce a great quality handle that will look fabulous for years to come.The Bromley is a classic handle available in a variety of back plate styles and our forged iron and antiqued brass finishes to ensure it suits any style of door. The Ilkley backplate has straight, bevelled edges with corner notch detailing, perfect for a contemporary or traditional feel to your door. All Jim Lawrence products are made using traditional metal working techniques and are hand finished to the very highest standards at our Suffolk workshop. This Bromley is made from brass that is nickel plated for a bright, reflective look and has a wonderful weighty quality that befits its handmade nature.The handles are supplied as a pair with back plates and fixing screws in the same finish. Its lustre is created by plating solid brass with highly polished nickel then finishing it with a flash coating of chrome that will add to its durability. Nickel is a versatile finish that works well with any colourway and natural building materials such as brick, stone, plaster or woodwork. It looks equally at home in a modern property as it does a period one and being highly reflective, will catch the light more than our painted finishes, so is great to use if you want to make a statement, as it will help draw your eye.
