As an approximate guide, if your dormer rod is longer than a metre it may dip without a support bracket (depending on the curtain weight). The end of the dormer rod simply rests on the bracket. We do not recommend the beeswax finish for use in a humid environment, as it is harder to maintain and may rust. We feel Matt Black is a preferable option.
