This London-based company has been making candles since Victorian times when Charles Farris, a soap maker, noticed there was a demand for high-quality candles for churches. Such was his success, that he established a small factory and began supplying candles throughout London, including Westminster Abbey and St Paul’s Cathedral and eventually, Queen Elizabeth II. Each candle is hand poured over three days and perfectly blended to create a slow, even burn that makes them ideal for a special occasion, or for enjoying their twinkling light at the dinner table.
