DESCRIPTION These are USB A-style port/ plug socketsIf you are looking for a stylish solution to your electrical charging needs, this designer socket could be the answer. We have incorporated a pair of USB charging ports into our best-selling 2 gang plug socket so that it now combines practicality with a handsome slimline design that will look as stunning in a modern house as it will a traditional one. The plug socket is wired for the UK, with 13amp black rocker switches on a hand crafted Matt Black bevelled plate and two USB ports, perfect for charging phones, cameras and all your electrical devices. The Double Socket with 5V USB Charger will charge at 2.1amp in total, but when 2 devices are plugged in the current rating is halved. All Jim Lawrence switches and sockets are made using traditional metal working techniques and are hand finished to the very highest standards here at our Suffolk workshop. All our sockets are hand forged from high grade brass or steel and sit flush against the wall, with a raised bevelled or hammered edge for a decorative touch to suit any interior. PRODUCT INFORMATION Minimum back box depth: 35mm 1 x Type A Reversible charging outlet. A Type A lead can be inserted any way round. When both USBs are in use, the output is automatically proportioned by demand. When only one device is plugged in the whole 3.1amp is available for rapid charging.
