All our sockets are hand forged from high grade brass or steel and sit flush against the wall, with a raised bevelled or hammered edge for a decorative touch to suit any interior. All Jim Lawrence switches and sockets are made using traditional metal working techniques and are hand finished to the very highest standards here at our Suffolk workshop.Kindly note: Please ensure paint & plaster is completely dry before fitting brass switches and sockets to a wall. Our switches are designed to sit flush against the wall so any residual moisture might tarnish the finish.
