Updating your shades is an excellent and inexpensive way to freshen up an existing colourway or add an accent to a new scheme. From the luxurious feel of silk and velvet, to the warmth of wool and simplicity of linen, there will be a shade that is perfect for you.All our wool and tweek shades are handmade here at our Suffolk workshop by our team of expert shade makers and have been brought to you exclusively by Scottish tweed makers Lovat Mill. We teamed up with Lovat Mill, based in the Scottish Border town of Hawick and known as the Home of Tweed, to create six lovely new tweed fabrics that take inspiration from the rich colours of the Scottish countryside. Incorporating between five and forty individual colours, this range of specially selected neutral herringbones and checks that will add subtle reflections of the natural world to your home's interiors. Please note that this shade can only be used on a lamp base (bulb pointing up) as its candle clip fitting will not hold to a pendant. We strongly recommend you order a swatch before ordering any of our fabrics to help you decide if it right for you.
