DESCRIPTION Our stunning Bromley Door Handle range takes its inspiration from a heritage of great British design, incorporating traditional reeded detailing with the best modern materials and handcrafted skills to produce a great quality handle that will look fabulous for years to come.The Bromley is a classic handle available in a variety of back plate styles and our forged iron and antiqued brass finishes to ensure it suits any style of door. The Ilkley back plate has straight, bevelled edges with corner notch detailing; perfect for a contemporary feel to your door. All Jim Lawrence products are made using traditional metal working techniques and are hand finished to the very highest standards at our Suffolk workshop. This Bromley is made from brass and is nickel plated with a flash coating of chromium for a bright, reflective look and has a wonderful weighty quality that befits its handmade nature.The handles are supplied as a pair with back plates and fixing screws in the same finish. They are sprung on both sides and with a 75mm spindle that can be cut down to the depth of your door.We can supply a 90mm spindle upon request.PRODUCT INFORMATIONBackplate Dimensions: 15cm H x 5cm WPlate: A Privacy plate is used for any door where privacy lock is required such as bathrooms and cloakrooms.FINISH: NICKEL - Our nickel finish has a bright, silvery quality that is more akin to Chromium than many other nickel finishes available elsewhere. Its lustre is created by plating solid brass with highly polished nickel then finishing it with a flash coating of chrome that will add to its durability. Nickel is a versatile finish that works well with any colourway and natural building materials. CAN I GET A LONGER SPINDLE?All our door handles are supplied with a standard length spingle that is 7.5cm long (7.5mm wide) and can be cut down to the depth of your door.We can supply a 9cm length spindle upon request.Our Rim Locks come with a longer spindle that is 12cm in length. A 13cm spingle can abe supplied upon requestDO YOU DO BESPOKE MODIFICATIONS?You can opt for different style handles on each side of the door as long as they are both knob or both lever handles.
