DELIVERY FAQs

How long does delivery take?

If your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 2
working days. Our parcel dispatch company, DPD, will normally deliver the day after dispatch. That means that for mainland UK orders, you will receive your order 2-3 working days from when your order is placed. For addresses in Highlands & islands, it may take a day or two longer.

If items are not in stock and need to be manufactured, your order could be dispatched between 1-3 weeks depending on where the items are in our production cycle.

How much does delivery cost?

For all orders, with the exception of heavy duty products that require a pallet for delivery, a one-off charge of
£7.50 per order is applied for UK mainland addresses.

If you require part of the order to be sent ahead, we can arrange this, but a separate £7.50 carriage charge will be required. Different charges apply for heavy items, Highlands & Islands and International Orders.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, when we dispatch your order we will send you a consignment number and an online link to the DPD website where you can track your order.

If you already have a consignment number you can also track your order here on the DPD website.

Does my delivery require a signature?

Yes our partners at DPD require a signature upon delivery. If you are not going to be in, DPD has a simple and easily accessible online facility where you can nominate a safe place for the items to be delivered to. You will need your consignment number and link that is included in your dispatch confirmation email, or you can use the link here on the DPD website.

Kindly note, DPD requires you to use this link rather than the 'Additional Notes' section on our checkout pageWe are keen to help in any way we can to get your order to you as quickly and easily as possible, so please let us know of any special instructions that you may have regarding your delivery.

Do you deliver overseas?

We can ship anywhere in the world. International carriage charges are based on the destination address, weight, box size and quantity of items in an order.

For countries we ship to regularly, the shipping cost is automatically added to your order at checkout. For countries we do not ship to regularly, the shipping costs will need to be calculated for you via our courier UPS and we will contact you to take extra payment for these.

Do I have to pay duties for overseas delivery?

EU countries with an order value over £135 will be subject to import duty and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country.

Orders to other countries may well also be subject to local import duties on orders over a certain value. To find out what these are you will need to contact your customs office.

All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for these payments. As an overseas customer, you are not liable for UK VAT which has been removed.
