DESCRIPTION Our Aldham Window Stay is an elegantly turned, hand crafted brass window stay designed for casement windows, from our stunning collection of brass, forged iron and steel window handles, locks and fittings. These 25cm stays are made from weighty, solid natural brass that is incredibly tactile to handle and open with a smooth mechanism that pronounces their quality. With acorn finials and an elegant thumb screw that locks the stay in place, the Aldham Window Stay has been lightly antiquedfor a subtle, aged look which makes them as decorative as they are practical The 25cm Aldham Window Stay is suitable to use in windows that are approximately 35-50cm wide and comes supplied with two keeps. These stays are not suitable for tilting windows. They do NOT work with our lockable stay pins Finish Antiqued Brass: A beautiful natural finish produced by distressing the brass to create a soft patina that is then treated with antiquing solution to speed up the natural tarnishing process and create a lovely aged look that will darken naturally over time.
