HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN MADE-TO-MEASURE POLE 1. Use our guide for tips on How to measure for a curtain pole.2. When you know length of pole you require, the next step is to choose the supporting brackets from our range of 12mm brackets in mercury. We make a range of different styles - Chapel, Brett, Sleeve, Recess, Extended and Double Pole for you to choose from.3. Select the finials you would like from our range of 12mm finials in mercury. All our made to measure poles are hollow so the finials slot inside them and are fixed by grub screws.4. Finally, work out the number of curtain rings you require. We recommend 1 ring per 7cm of pole. PRODUCT INFORMATION Pole Length Any length of pole can be ordered, but if over 150cm long we would recommend using a central support bracket If over 180cm long the pole will be supplied in two (or more) equal parts with a joiner rod. The join will be covered by your centre bracket. As we don't manufacture adjustable passing brackets or rings to help support our 12mm poles, we recommend a maximum pole length of 300c Finish: Mercury - Mercury is a light grey, highly reflective finish that works particularly well in a contemporary interior and with other metal finishes such as our polished steel lacquer or nickel. It is achieved by coating the metal with multiple layers of mercury paint over a black base coat to create a deep, lustrous metallic finish.
