Great lighting is key to any kitchen design and our beautiful domed Lansdown Pendant Light is designed to sit perfectly above kitchen tables and island units. The airy, transparent quality of the hand blown glass allows you to create a stunning focal point without losing the sense of space. Available in three sizes - the largest being the Lansdown, followed by our Chalford and Walcot - they can be hung in a row, used individually or why not play around and combine sizes? And of course, they don’t need to be restricted to the kitchen, they are ideal for any room in your home.
All Jim Lawrence lights are made using traditional metal working techniques and are hand finished to the very highest standards here at our Suffolk workshop. All our pendant lights come supplied with our Georgian ceiling rose in the same finish and 50cm of braided cable (for lights under 2kg in weight) or 1m of chain and cable (for lights over 2kg in weight) which can be shortened at home. If you require a longer length, please call us for advice.

Finish
Nickel: Our nickel lustre is created by plating solid brass with highly polished nickel then finishing it with a flash coating of chrome that will add to its endurability and create a crisp, clean silvery patina to brighten your bathroom. Maintaining the finish
- Caring for metallic finishes
- Glass: The best way to restore the sparkle to glass is to use a Microfibre Glass Polishing cloth. These are widely available and perfect for a streak free finish. Just wipe the glass over with any damp cloth and then polish with the dry microfibre cloth. If you are cleaning a glass ball or vase shape, do not try to clean the inside as this should not be necessary and once you have a watermark on the inside it will be very difficult to remove.
Where do they look good?
- Hung on its own or as a pair or triple above your kitchen table, breakfast bar, or kitchen island.
- Similarly, it looks fantastic above a dining room table as part of a more formal scheme.
