Christmas Delivery Details
Our team is working extra hard in the workshop at the moment, and we will do everything we can to dispatch your items to you in time for Christmas. If the item you have ordered is currently in stock, all UK orders placed before midnight on 20th December should make delivery before Christmas day.
If the item is not currently showing in stock please bear in mind we are only able to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery on orders placed up to midnight on 3rd December, however we will do everything we can to get orders placed after this date out for the big day.

Bespoke Orders for delivery before Christmas
Please be mindful that any bespoke orders may take a little longer to arrive at this busy time of year. To make sure your bespoke products are with you by the big day please refer to the following ‘order by’ dates:
for all bespoke handles, Euro-lock handles (in Antiqued Brass, Beeswax, Matt Black and Polished Lacquer) and any products with bespoke Jim Lawrence finishes.
for curtains, blinds and all other bespoke product modifications. However, please check with our sales team for detailed delivery estimates based on your individual requirements.
(Please note that due to their extended manufacturing requirements we are no longer able to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery on bespoke Euro-lock handles in nickel, bespoke switches and bespoke sockets.)
For all overseas orders requiring pre-Christmas delivery please check with our sales team to ensure accurate delivery information on a case by case basis.
