As this is our last newsletter before Christmas, we've decided to dedicate it to you, our customers. Not only are we extremely grateful for your continued custom, but also for the amazing feedback, product suggestions, photographs, letters and visits. (Even when things go wrong, you tell us in the nicest possible way!)

Christmas Competition

With the rigours of Christmas around the corner, we're keeping this month's competition very simple. All you need do is reply with the name and address of someone you think would appreciate our brochure, and your name will be entered in a draw to win a set of our luxurious, 700gsm Dower House towels.

So that we can get the towels to you in good time for Christmas we'll be selecting the winner on 14th December, so please email your entries by TUESDAY 13TH DECEMBER.

The winner will receive their towels by the end of that week. The set comprises a bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel - for more information please view the towels on our website.

How to enter

Just send an email to competition@jim-lawrence.co.uk no later than 13th December with the name and address of the brochure recipient. Please remember to include your name, address and telephone number.

This month we're featuring a customer in this slot, rather than the usual member of staff.
Mrs Shrimpton, a customer from Gloucestershire, was kind enough to contact us earlier in the month to let us know how pleased she was with her Pantry Lights.

Prize Details for Dower House Towel Set: There is one prize of a Dower House 700gsm white hand towel, bath towel and bath sheet.

The promoter of this competition is Jim Lawrence Traditional Ironworks Limited ("Jim Lawrence").

This competition is only open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Jim Lawrence and their families or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

Customers must enter the competition in their own name and not on someone else's behalf.

The brochure recipient must be a resident of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Jim Lawrence and their families and excluding existing customers of Jim Lawrence.

The competition will run until 14 December 2011.

The winning entry will be drawn by Jim Lawrence on 15 December.

The winner will be contacted within 24 days of the closing date and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14-days of being contacted by Jim Lawrence, or cannot take up the prize, then Jim Lawrence reserves the right to select another winner.

The promoter’s decision is final.
