Terms and ConditionsWe offer all our products on a sale or return basis. If for any reason you are not completely happy with any of the products supplied, we will either replace them or offer a full refund, provided they are in fully resaleable condition. Whilst we don’t generally place a time limit on returns, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange products returned more than 6 months after purchase. We are happy to pay carriage costs on any defective items, however should you simply not like the item and wish to return or exchange it, the standard carriage charge will apply on delivery and return. We cannot take responsibility for third party contractors' costs, e.g. electricians'. We recommend that you await delivery before employing specialist installers. You may cancel your order at any time, for any reason. Refunds will be made to the original card of purchase. If payment has been made by cheque, refunds will be made within 10 working days. |
