- If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason we will do our utmost to put that right, or will provide a prompt, no quibble refund if you prefer.
- All our staff are based at our Suffolk workshop, so everyone you speak to will know our products through and through and can give knowledgeable advice. And if our customer services assistants can't help our engineers, technicians, designers etc are all on hand for advice.
- Our business is run for the convenience of our customers, not our staff! The delivery and returns pages set out our standard procedures, but if you have a particularly urgent or difficult request we will always deal with it if possible.
