We're a Suffolk based family business. All our staff are trained and knowledgeable about our products.

We can be contacted by phone or at our showroom Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm, Saturdays from 9am to 5pm and Sundays from 10am till 4pm.
An answerphone takes messages out of hours which will be dealt with promptly the following working day.

On Sunday 21st September our website needs to be shut down for a few hours due to essential maintenance; you can still phone us or visit the Showroom between 12 noon and 4pm - we will still be open for business from this slightly later opening time.

 
 
 

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?
Weekday delivery by courier to mainland England, Wales and Scotland is £5.00 per consignment. Saturday deliveries can be arranged for £20.00.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles is £18per consignment.
Overseas deliveries are charged at cost. Please contact us for a quote. Alternatively you can place an order online and we will calculate the delivery charge and call you back.
Additional charges are levied for firebacks and firegrates because of their weight.
Small items can be sent by post - please contact us for postage costs. If you place an order online and we think it's suitable to send by post we will change this and refund the cost saving.
Charges are per order, no matter how many parcels are involved, provided the whole order leaves us on the same day.

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to anywhere within the UK and can arrange delivery to most overseas destinations. For overseas deliveries, please contact us.
How do I know my order has been despatched?
We will send you an e-mail when we despatch your order with details of the consignment. You can also track the progress of your order by logging in to your account.
